Information in an enquiry
When online enquiries are enabled, the form collects your name, email, optional phone number, city, service interest, fuel type, urgency and message. Flor Technologies uses this information to review and respond to your request. A service provider or appointment is not confirmed by submission.
The form requires explicit consent. Consent to an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not include payment details, identification numbers, medical information or other sensitive records.
Delivery and operational records
The service uses an opaque submission reference to prevent duplicate requests and confirm receipt. A pending response is not a confirmed receipt. Enquiries accepted by the Flor lead system are handled according to the team’s customer-record and deletion processes. Contact us to ask about your record, correction or deletion.
The dedicated delivery component is configured to remove its temporary enquiry payload after delivery or within 24 hours. Limited receipt and security metadata can remain for reliability and abuse prevention. The temporary-payload limit does not describe retention in the downstream lead system or notification mailbox.
Flor chat
Chat is optional and intended for general questions, not contact details. When AI chat is active, messages are processed by the AI provider to generate a reply. A short-lived, secure session cookie is used to keep the conversation together. The dedicated chat session is configured for a 30-minute retention window.
Chat history is not consent to submit a lead. Use the separate enquiry form for a request. No name, email address, phone number or chat message is intentionally sent to Analytics.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow it, and only on bcfurnacerepair.ca when a valid measurement configuration is present. The website measures page views and limited actions such as opening chat or completing an enquiry. It does not include form text or private contact details in those events.
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it. Essential security and submission functions are separate from optional analytics.
Contact and changes
Email flor@flor.tel with a privacy question or a request concerning your information. We may ask for enough information to locate the correct record and protect it from disclosure to the wrong person. This notice was prepared on November 5, 2026 and should be reviewed when the live services or data practices change.
